Delivery Time

Orders will be shipped within approximately 1-2 weeks after order confirmation (or after payment confirmation for convenience store payments).

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email as a support update. Please check it.
Clicking the "View Order" button in the email will take you to a page displaying the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number."
Clicking the "Tracking Number" will take you to the shipping carrier's inquiry site where you can check the delivery status.
If you are a registered member, you can also log in via "My Page" and find the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number" in your "Order History."

Shipping Carrier and Delivery Method

Your order will be delivered by either Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post. You cannot specify a shipping carrier.
* We cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery dates, delivery methods, or special packaging (e.g., for gifts).
* Orders cannot be shipped to carrier offices, post offices, or convenience stores for pickup.

Consolidation/Split Shipments

We are unable to consolidate or split shipments after an order has been placed.
Items ordered at the same time will be shipped together once all items are available. Items ordered separately will be shipped separately.

International Shipping
The cost varies by country and region. Please check the payment page.
* Our store uses the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) method.
Customs duties, import taxes, and other taxes (VAT) may be incurred and payable by the customer upon receipt of the package, after it arrives in the destination country/region/state.
* Please comply with all laws and regulations stipulated by the destination country/region/state.
* Customs clearance conditions vary depending on the destination, so please contact the relevant customs authorities for details.

Receipt of Goods

If you are not available at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions on the delivery notice left by the shipping carrier to receive your product.
If the product is not received within the storage period, it will be returned to HIKARU UTADA Official Store.
Please contact us within 2 weeks of the return via the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page.
If two months have passed since the return, the order will be canceled.
* Refunds due to cancellation will generally not be issued.
* Round-trip shipping costs for reshipment, etc., will be borne by the customer.
* If there are repeated cases of refusal to accept delivery, long-term absence, or requests for reshipment due to customer convenience, we may restrict your use of our services. Please ensure you receive your products.
