Official merchandise for HIKARU UTADA SCIENCE FICTION TOUR 2024 can be purchased in the following two ways.

We have started mail order sales of official tour goods.
Shipping times vary depending on the reception period. Please check the shipping schedule for each reception before placing your order.

*There is a limit to the number of products in stock. Even during the acceptance period, there is a possibility that the product may be in the process of being adjusted. Please note in advance.

*Additional tour goods will be announced soon. It will be announced in due course via HIKARU UTADA Official Store, Hikaru Utada's official website, social media, and the tour app.



[First reception]
Order Acceptance Period: 2024 June 13th (Thu) 12:00PM to June 20th (Thu) 23:59PM
Delivery schedule: Shipping will start from July 1st (Mon) *All items ordered during the above period are scheduled to be delivered by July 10th
If you order at the 1st reception, you can receive your items before the following shows.
・July 13th (Sat) ~ July 14th (Sun) Marine Messe Fukuoka
・July 19th (Fri) ~ July 20th (Sat) Aichi Sky Expo (Aichi International Exhibition Center) Hall A
・July 24th (Wed) ~ July 25th (Thu) Saitama Super Arena
・July 30th (Tue) ~ July 31st (Wed) Miyagi Sekisui Heim Super Arena


▶For overseas shipments, shipping is scheduled for mid-July.



[Second reception]
Order acceptance period: 2024 June 21st (Fri) 0:00AM to July 7th (Sun) 23:59PM
Delivery schedule: Shipping will start from July 17th (Wed) * All items ordered during the above period are scheduled to be delivered by July 30th
If you order at the 2nd reception, you can receive your items before the following shows.
・August 3rd (Sat) - August 4th (Sun) Yoyogi National Stadium

▶For overseas shipments, shipping is scheduled for late July.



[Third reception]
Order acceptance period: 2024 July 8th (Mon) 0:00AM to July 28th (Sun) 23:59PM
Delivery schedule: Shipping will start from August 16th (Fri) * All items ordered during the above period are scheduled to be delivered by August 23rd
If you order at the 3rd reception, you can receive your items before the following shows.
・August 27th (Tue) - August 28th (Wed) Osaka Castle Hall
・August 31st (Sat) - September 1st (Sun) K Arena Yokohama


▶For overseas shipments, shipping is scheduled for late August.



[4th reception]
After 2024 July 29th (Mon) 0:00AM, the store will accept order with no limitation period.
Delivery schedule: All Items ordered after the above date, will be delivered sequentially after all shows have ended.

Buy at the venue

Official merchandise will be sold in the merchandise area at each venue. Customers without tickets can also use these areas.

Details such as the sales start time and location for each venue will be announced on this page at a later date.

▶Information about the venue merchandise sales quick order system (QO-kun) Access "QO-kun", select the products you want from the product list, create a "wish list", and your own exclusive QR code (order sheet) will be completed.
Please present this QR code to the salesperson at the merchandise counter.

*Please note that this does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase the product.
*All products are available in limited quantities. We apologize if they are sold out.
*You can also make your purchase by ordering directly at the sales floor as usual without using "QO-kun".

▶Payment methods available on the day ・Payment methods include cash, credit card, electronic money, transportation electronic money, and QR code payment.
Credit card payments must be made in one lump sum.
・Charging at the point of sale and combining payment methods are not possible.
・Please note that cashless payment may not be available depending on the signal conditions.

・Please note that the waiting line will be located at a location specified by us.
・Please cooperate by following the instructions of the staff on the day. If you do not comply, you may be asked to refrain from participating.
・Please take precautions against the weather, temperature, etc. and manage your health.
・We expect the area to be very busy on the day of the sale. Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to those around you.
・Please take responsibility for your own valuables. We cannot take responsibility for theft or loss, so please be careful.

・We do not provide bags to put purchased items in.
・If there is an initial defect in an item purchased at the venue, please inform the sales staff.

・Returns and exchanges are not possible except for defective products.
・The purchase limit may change depending on the situation on the day.
